Very clean, more spacious than expected, with comfortable beds and good bedding. A very good deal for the price, and close to historic Nauvoo, IL. The mini fridge was also on the large side, and the microwave would have been good had we needed it. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. All in all, it was a great stay.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. My wife and I were traveling with cats that we were transporting for rescue, and this hotel went out of the way to accommodate us. Just a wonderful experience
Great place to stay! The owner is very kind and extremely accommodating. I love staying here. I am in the area a lot and always come here. She keeps it clean. I only wish the beds were more comfortable. I’m pretty picky though. I like a soft bed!
The staff was incredible, very helpful and courteous. They provided extra towels almost immediately on request. Their internet was a little slow, mold in a bathroom without a fan, and one of the toilets really struggled with flushing. But the room smelled amazing when we walked in, the a/C was on and working very well, and the rooms were very clean.
Knights Inn was indeed clean although somewhat dated with cinder-block walls and bathroom area especially in need of updating. The proprietor was nice and accommodated us with extra towels upon request. The a/c worked, the ceiling fan worked, the mini-fridge worked, all electrical outlets (for phone chargers!!) worked and the sink, toilet and tub all worked except the sink would back-up a little. The room itself and bedding were all clean as well. I would stay here again and recommended it to family in the area.
We stayed in room 20. The room was clean and nice with a mini fridge and microwave. Clean linen and comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Water pressure in the shower was iffy, but water got hot quickly. Staff was nice. Only complaint would be that checkout is at 11 but they started shoving us out after 10. Not rudely or anything like that, but there was definitely polite pressure.
For the price, I was very well pleased. Room was nice and big, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I stayed there one night as I was passing through. The folks at the front desk were very courteous. I will likely be traveling through there in the future and when I need a room, this will be my first call.
